The people who quote the work understand the floor.
DreamWorx is a small, owner-operated concrete coatings company. The person who estimates your project is the same person who understands how the floor goes in — and recommends the system that actually fits.
Skilled execution. Real standards.
DreamWorx is led by Tyler Larson — standing behind every installation with correct surface preparation and transparent recommendations.
Tyler Larson
Owner • Estimator • Certified Installer
Tyler is the primary owner, public face, estimator, salesperson, and a certified concrete coatings installer. He reviews every space, assesses the slab, and recommends the system that fits the project — not the most expensive one.
His approach is straightforward: correct preparation, transparent recommendations, and helping customers choose the right system rather than overselling a generic solution.
How DreamWorx approaches the work.
Correct preparation. Every floor is prepared so the coating bonds to clean concrete, not contamination.
Transparent recommendations. The right system depends on the space, the slab, and how it is used. DreamWorx recommends the fit — not the upsell.
Honest qualifications. Slab movement, structural issues, and active moisture require evaluation and may need separate correction. A coating does not solve those problems, and DreamWorx will say so.
Clear expectations. Most installs finish in 1–2 days. Return-to-service timing is confirmed for your conditions. Written warranty terms are provided with your proposal and control coverage.
We don't just make concrete look good. We make it last.
